I believe the program has prepared me well for the modern workplace because it taught me how to use digital tools that companies use every day, and how to communicate professionally online. Looking ahead, my goal is to grow my career in finance. I want to use the digital skills I’ve gained to work in a professional environment where I can continue to learn, develop, and contribute meaningfully..

ORT SA has helped me grow both personally and professionally. Personally, it has boosted my confidence and shown me that I am capable of learning new skills. Professionally, it has equipped me with practical skills such as Google tools, IT fundamentals, online research, data entry, and job application skills. These are skills that I can confidently apply in the workplace.

The program prepared me for today’s workplace by giving me both technical and professional skills. I learned about cybersecurity awareness, AI, digital collaboration, communication, teamwork, and creative problem-solving. My goal is to secure an in-service training opportunity or entry-level opportunity where I can apply my knowledge, gain valuable work experience, and continue growing professionally.

I joined the ORT SA Digital Skills Program because I wanted to strengthen my IT background, gain more practical digital skills, and improve my chances of finding employment in today’s digital workplace. My future goal is to secure a position in an IT company where I can continue learning, developing my digital skills, and growing my career.
